I completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Victoria in 2009, a Bachelor of Education in Social Sciences from University of Victoria in 2013, and a Master of Education in Adult Counselling and Psychotherapy in 2016 from University of Toronto. I am an Ontario Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), an Ontario Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Professional Association (CCPA), an Ontario Validated Clinical Supervisor (OVCS) with the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP), and a registered teacher in British Columbia, Ontario, and Yukon Territory. I draw from such modalities as Attachment Theory, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, Narrative Therapy and Somatic Therapy, the focus of my clinical experience has been directed toward the age range of 21 – 85(+).
