I help people navigate career crossroads with clarity and confidence. Whether that means finding your ideal career path, making a major career change, or rediscovering passion for the work you already do. As a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and Certified Career Development Practitioner (CCDP), I combine the structure of traditional career counselling with the depth of psychotherapy. This means we’ll explore not only your skills, strengths, and opportunities, but also the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be holding you back. My own career path has been anything but linear, spanning Human Resources, career development, coaching, and mental health, which gives me a deep understanding of both the practical and personal sides of career decision-making. Together, we’ll uncover what truly matters to you, identify the work environments and roles where you’ll thrive, and build the confidence to take your next step with purpose. I offer virtual (video/phone therapy) services across Ontario.
