I have a Master's and a Doctorate in Counselling Psychotherapy and many years of helping individuals with anxiety and depression, trauma, ADHD, couples' therapy and addiction counselling. I also have a specialty in counselling individuals in the Construction Trades, First Responders, and the military, with a particular concentration in Men's issues.
