I am registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I bring 40 years of clinical experience in private and public settings. My joy and mission is life transformation - helping my clients make significant changes. The modalities that I use enable rapid progress toward significant personal change. specialize in overcoming anxiety, depression and adult resolution of childhood trauma by getting to the roots of issues., , I have extensive practice and training in therapies that resolve the roots of problems such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, Coherence Therapy, Journey Work, Fear Desensitization and Christian Life Transformation. I use these tools in my individual and couple therapy work to bring about permanent life transformation in an effective and efficient manner., A masters of Science in School and Community Psychology from the University of Calgary. , , I have done practicum work with Sue Johnson in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy.
