About

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and Certified with the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP). I have over 18 years of clinical experience providing therapy in a variety of settings including an addictions treatment center, schools, and non-profit agencies. I currently work at a CHC in Durham providing therapy to those in the community who are in need. I also have a private practice where I offer clinical supervision to students, RP (Q) and RPs. As a Clinical Supervisor, I take a person-centered and strength-based perspective, and I work from an integrated model of supervision. I view supervision as being a collaborative space for us to grow and discover more about ourselves and preferred ways of being in our clinical practice. My passion and strength is in working with youth and young adults. I also have extensive experience with working with individuals with eating disorders, and with working in counselling walk-in clinics.
