I am a reformed intellectualizer who now helps individuals and couples through body based psychotherapy. I completed my Masters of Education at the University of Toronto and am also a member of The International Focusing Institute. I am registered with CRPO in good standing and offer sessions both in-person and virtually for a wide range of brain-body disorders including but not limited to chronic pain, burn out, and sexual dysfunction.
