About

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist and Registered Nurse interested in supporting you to find and make the changes you want in your life. I draw from a mix of theories and techniques to help you get curious about yourself and find an approach that works best for you. I aim to really get to know you. I will meet you without judgment (really!), and rather with openness, interest, and respect for the complex person you already are. I aim to build connection, trust, and safety between us to support fulfilling self-work. I also understand that people process things differently, and welcome bringing movement, sound, aroma, and/or creative expression to sessions. I believe that everyone deserves to pursue a satisfying life. I believe that therapy should be accessible and inclusive, and should meet you where you are at. I believe that social justice, harm-reduction, and trauma-informed approaches are absolutely foundational to good mental healthcare. I am a dual registrant of the CRPO and CNO. I have 18 years' experience directly supporting adults in various settings, and a nursing background focused in acute addictions and crisis mental health care.
