I'm a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I work with couples as well as individuals who struggle with anxiety/stress, grief & bereavement on various types of losses, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, depression, various family matters, trauma, adjustment, and other types of issues.
