I am a Registered Psychotherapist providing psychotherapy for adults and clinical supervision for psychotherapists across Ontario. Originally from Berlin, Germany, I bring a depth-oriented perspective to my work, grounded in many years of professional experience as both a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor. My approach integrates relational and transpersonal psychotherapy, supporting clients in working through life transitions, grief and loss, longstanding relational patterns, questions of identity, and periods of personal or spiritual reorientation. This work is grounded, thoughtful, and practical, while also making space for deeper questions of meaning, inner development, and transformation. A large part of my practice is dedicated to clinical supervision for psychotherapists, with a focus on relational process, therapeutic presence, clinical depth, and the integration of professional skill with authentic therapeutic selfhood. I also offer seasonal therapy groups and online retreats designed to support reflection, integration, and intentional change. My work is particularly well-suited to adults and practitioners seeking depth-oriented psychotherapy and supervision.
